We offer a free 15-min call to understand your general travel goals and answer any questions about our services. If we agree we are a good fit, we start the planning process by equipping you with our detailed custom questionnaire for you to complete at a time convenient to you.
Detailed consultation
Getting to know you and understand exactly what you are looking for in your itinerary is extremely important to us. Taking just 45 minutes of your time, we walk through our custom questionnaire with you, clarifying and collaborating until we have a solid understanding of what you envision for your trip.
Itinerary proposal & feedback
Now you sit back and relax while we get to work curating travel specifically for you. We do all the research using our expertise & industry contacts to create a proposed itinerary for your review and feedback. Often this requires a little back & forth as we get to know you and your preferences better however, your time investment throughout this part of the process is minimal.
Final Itinerary
Ta da! We present you with your beautiful, finalized itinerary. Once you approve the itinerary, we get busy making all the bookings on your behalf. With Travitect, you receive all your travel documents in one place to take with you on your trip using our mobile app (that can also be downloaded as a PDF). In addition to the logistics, your itinerary includes photos, maps, and any integrations relevant to your trip.
